What happens after the first year?
Your rate moves to our regular $800/month. We’ll remind you in advance with a summary of everything we’ve handled for your office.
What if we add more employees?
Your flat rate covers offices up to 12 employees. Above that, we add $50 per month for each additional employee. We’re not here to nickel-and-dime you. Our goal is simple: keep your team up, running, and productive, so you can focus on your business.
Do you come to our office?
Most problems are fixed remotely, which is faster for you. Your plan includes a scheduled onsite visit each week, up to 2 hours, for everyday hands-on help. Additional visits are available for a flat $150 trip fee.
Server and network issues are never limited. If something goes wrong with your office server, network equipment, or anything affecting multiple users, we’re there as often as it takes, at no extra charge.
The weekly visit cap applies to everyday requests, like plugging in a replacement mouse, that we can usually handle in a couple of minutes by phone. Keeping those requests remote is what allows us to offer low, predictable flat-rate pricing instead of billing hourly like most IT companies.
Think of us as your office help desk. We work remotely and come to your office when you need us.
What if a computer stops working during the day?
We keep spare computers ready at your office, so nobody sits idle waiting for a repair. When a computer fails, we call the employee and walk them through connecting the spare right at their desk, using simple picture instructions. Because every computer in your office is the same model, the monitor, keyboard, and other cables plug in exactly the same way.
We then restore their files from the latest backup and get them back to work, usually within minutes. If the employee would rather not handle the swap themselves, we’ll work with someone else in the office to get it connected, or take care of it during your weekly visit.
How does remote support work?
When you call or email, we open a support ticket and start a live support session right away. Using secure remote support software, we connect to the computer, see what you see, and fix the problem, usually within minutes.
Do you keep an eye on things before something breaks?
Yes. We make sure your computers receive Microsoft’s monthly security updates, your security software stays current, your server runs daily cloud backups so your critical business data is protected, and your network equipment stays secure and up to date.
What happens if a computer fails and needs to be replaced?
We work hard to keep hardware costs low. Quality refurbished business computers from Dell and HP cost a fraction of new ones, and we load all of your applications so your employee is back up and running quickly. We also keep spare computers at your office, ready to deploy the same day. Prefer brand-new equipment? We’ll help you configure exactly what you need on the manufacturer’s website and have it shipped straight to your office.
Is refurbished equipment reliable?
Yes, when it comes from the right source. We recommend business-grade equipment from reputable refurbishers with warranties, and only models that still receive security updates.
Do you support employees who work from home?
Yes. If they’re part of your office team, we support their computers too. As long as their computer is connected to the internet, we can securely connect and fix most issues over the phone. Onsite help is available when needed.
Our office internet is slow, but we don't want a bigger bill. Any options?
Yes. Instead of upgrading to a more expensive plan, we can add a second, low-cost wireless internet connection from a provider like T-Mobile or Verizon. We set up your office router to use both connections together, which increases your overall speed and keeps you online if either connection goes down.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
We start new clients with a 12-month agreement. After the first year, your service continues month to month. If you ever decide to leave, we ask for 30 days’ notice. That gives us time to hand everything over properly to your new IT provider and make sure they have the access they need, so your office never skips a beat.
Can our employees work from home or while traveling?
Yes. We set up secure, enterprise-grade VPN access so your team can safely reach their office computers and company files from home, a hotel, or anywhere else with an internet connection. There’s a small monthly license fee for the VPN service, based on the number of people who need it.
We use Microsoft 365 for email. Do you support that?
Yes. We support both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. We handle your licensing, set up new employees, assign and remove licenses as your team changes, keep an eye on mailbox sizes, and secure every account with two-factor login to help prevent hackers from taking over your email. Email backup is available as an add-on service.
We keep hearing about AI-powered attacks on small businesses. How do you protect us?
We install enterprise-grade security software from CrowdStrike or SentinelOne on every computer.
Older antivirus programs like Norton and McAfee mainly look for viruses they already recognize, by matching them against a list of known threats. That approach doesn’t hold up anymore.
Attackers now use AI to churn out new malware daily, designed to look like normal programs running on your computer. Older antivirus can scan that computer, find nothing, and report it as clean while an infection sits there.
CrowdStrike and SentinelOne work differently. They watch how programs actually behave, and they’re connected to a global network that tracks attacks as they happen worldwide. When a new threat appears anywhere, every protected computer learns about it within minutes.
Think of it like the difference between a 1990s car with no airbags and a new car with airbags all around, lane assist, and automatic braking. Both get you down the road. Only one is built for what you’ll run into today.
We already have an IT company. How fast can you take over, and will we have downtime?
Quickly, and with no interruption to your business. In most cases we can begin managing your systems within a few days. The transition happens in the background while your team keeps working as usual. We plan and coordinate every step, so your staff won’t feel the switch
happening.
Can you work with our existing IT person or staff?
Yes. We work alongside your internal team and take over the daily workload that pulls them away from more important work. They stay focused on projects and business-specific needs while we handle support, monitoring, security, updates, and backups. You get both: your team stays productive, and everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.
What makes your pricing different from other IT companies?
It’s simple and predictable. One flat monthly rate covers all of our support work, with no hourly billing, no add-on fees for basic tools, and no surprise invoices at the end of the month. We also review your software licenses and remove anything unused or duplicated, which often lowers your overall IT costs.
Can you support multiple offices and remote employees?
Yes. We support businesses with more than one location and teams working from home or on the road. We handle setup, security, and day-to-day support for every office and every employee, whether they’re onsite, hybrid, or fully remote.
